01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and hhh5 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the hhh5 website at hhh5.vu, including all betting, gaming, deposit, withdrawal and promotional features available through the platform.

By completing the account registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. You also acknowledge that you accept and agree to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy as incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you access the platform on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms. Any use of the platform that violates these Terms may result in immediate account suspension.

02 Eligibility

To register and use an hhh5 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded user or have previously had an hhh5 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
• The use of online betting platforms must not be prohibited by any law applicable to you personally in your place of residence.

hhh5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one hhh5 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods are used. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances will be voided.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. hhh5 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account details provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. hhh5 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

Account verification — including submission of a valid national identity document — is required before withdrawals can be processed. hhh5 recommends completing verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on hhh5 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard debit or credit cards. Specific minimum and maximum amounts, as well as processing timeframes, are published on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages and may be updated from time to time.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawal requests are processed.
• hhh5 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits intended for money laundering or any unlawful purpose are strictly prohibited and will be reported as required.

hhh5 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times or network issues beyond our control. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on hhh5 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the platform and should be reviewed before placing any bet. The following general principles apply to all betting activity on hhh5:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding only once you have received a confirmation notification from the platform. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended under any circumstances by the user.
• hhh5 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was the subject of a pricing error, data feed failure or obvious technical mistake.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay before acceptance. Bets placed after the completion of a live event will be voided regardless of the odds displayed at the time.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market and per event. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process.
• hhh5 reserves the right to limit, restrict or close betting markets at any time without prior notice.

For cricket markets including PSL matches, T20 Internationals and other Pakistan fixtures, specific cricket betting rules govern how results are settled in the event of weather interruptions, match abandonment, revised targets or reduced overs. 06 Bonuses and Promotions

hhh5 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus has an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household and per payment method.
• hhh5 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. This does not affect bonuses already credited to user accounts prior to the change.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse of multiple accounts or any other prohibited conduct will be voided and associated accounts will be suspended.

07 Responsible Gaming

hhh5 is committed to promoting responsible betting habits among all users. The platform provides tools that allow users to manage their betting activity, including personal deposit limits, session time reminders and activity review features. These tools are available through your account settings and can be adjusted at any time.

hhh5 strictly prohibits use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has gained access to an hhh5 account, please contact support immediately. The platform will investigate and take appropriate action including permanent account closure.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hhh5 platform. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and legal action where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one hhh5 account under any identity or payment method.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not intended for regular users.
• Exploiting errors in odds, pricing, data feeds or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any event offered on the platform.
• Depositing or using funds that originate from unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account without their knowledge or consent.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses by creating multiple accounts, using shared payment methods or coordinating with other users to exploit bonus terms.

09 Limitation of Liability

hhh5 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhh5 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting activity on the platform, including losses resulting from technical errors that were promptly corrected.
• Loss of data, profits or opportunity caused by temporary platform unavailability or downtime.
• Delays caused by third-party payment processors outside the direct control of hhh5.
• Actions taken by hhh5 in good faith to comply with applicable laws or to protect the integrity of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10 Privacy and Data

hhh5 collects, stores and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud and send you communications related to your account and eligible promotions. hhh5 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and other service providers strictly as required to deliver the platform's services.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data hhh5 holds about you or to request corrections to inaccurate data. Contact support to make a data access or correction request.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

hhh5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete account verification within a reasonable time after request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 02.
• At the user's own request — accounts can be closed voluntarily by contacting support at any time.

Where an account is suspended for suspected breach of Terms, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned and normal account access restored.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the user's registered payment method after standard verification.

12 Changes to These Terms

hhh5 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, hhh5 will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the hhh5 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. hhh5 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification about a Terms update.
